About Curry
Curry is a dish that typically includes a combination of spices and ingredients that create a rich and flavorful sauce. The base of a curry often includes onions, garlic, and ginger, which are sautéed to release their flavors. Spices such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder are then added to create a complex and aromatic blend.
