  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved and mixed with 4 tablespoon of water
  • 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cups of water
  • salt and pepper to taste
