Ingredients
- Deep-fried fish of your choice
- 1 carrot
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 small onions or 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved and mixed with 4 tablespoon of water
- 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups of water
- salt and pepper to taste
