- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 1 small sized ginger, minced
- 1 kg pork belly, cut into strips
- 3 pcs green chili pepper
- 3 pcs red chili pepper
- 2 cups coconut milk
