Ingredients

  • 1/4kg pork, cut in strips
  • 8 ounces flour sticks pancit canton noodles
  • 8 ounces sotanghon, soaked in water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 pcs red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 cup green beans, cut in small sideways
  • 1/4g shrimp, peeled and deveined (optional)
  • 4 pcs green chili peppers, diced
  • 5 cups water
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cups cabbage, cut in strips
  • 1 cup green onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onions.

  2. Add the pork and shrimp, stir and cook for 10 minutes. Then put in the carrots and bell pepper then mix.

  4. Pour the water and simmer for 15 minutes until pork is tender. Season with soy sauce, salt and black pepper.
