Mashed Potato Recipe

An exceptional way of using potatoes (even the left overs) the easiest way. It can be a snack or a side dish that people of all ages will surely love!


  • 6 pieces of medium sized potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 3/4 cup of milk


  1. Bring a liter of water to a boil. While waiting, wash all the potatoes and peel it.
  2. Once the water boils, add all the potatoes and cook for approximately 15 minutes, until it's tender. You may use a fork to test the tenderness of the potatoes. When tender, drain.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a mixing pan. Add the salt and pepper , then mash potatoes until smooth. You may use a potato masher , an electric mixer or by hand.
  4. Pour the milk and mix.
