- 4 Eggs (Fresher the better)
- 3 Tbsp of Whole Milk or Full Cream Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to Taste
- Add 4 eggs to a small mixing bowl and whisk with a fork.
Add the pepper, salt and milk, while continuing to whisk.
Eggs should be mixed well with air bubbles.
- Add eggs to a preheated skillet on medium heat and stir constantly with a spatula while cooking. (Tip: Remove the eggs from the pan the moment they are done to keep the eggs fluffy and moist.)
