Ingredients

  • 3 pcs medium-sized potatoes
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt
  • Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese sliced into cubes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil until soft. Mash it and add the milk, onion powder, and salt then mix everything well.
