Pork Menudo Recipe
Pork Menudo is everyone's favorite. The perfect balance of sweet and salty is the main deal for this dish. You can never miss it in every occasion!

Ingredients
- 750 grams pork
- 2 medium sized potatoes, cut round or cubed
- 2 medium sized carrots, cut round or cubed
- 1 cup green peas
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 grams pig liver
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pcs dried bay leaves
Directions

Heat a large skillet over a medium heat. Saute onions and garlic. Add the pork and liver and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour in the tomato sauce, water and bay leaves. Let boil and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until the pork is tender. Add water as necessary.

Put in carrots, potatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well and cover. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve and enjoy!
