Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon of water
  • 1 can of spam
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks (include the juice from the can)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon of brown sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius).

  2. Prepare your pan. Add the spam and add pineapple chunks around it. In this recipe, I included the juice from the can of pineapple chunks for extra flavor.

    I used glass 9x9 pan in this recipe.

  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the spam.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients - water, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

  5. Once oven is preheated, bake the spam for 25 minutes.
